A little over a year ago, I would watch my friend Danita post things that she would get as a result of couponing. I watched her day after day, and was excited every time I saw a new post from her with a picture of the items. After a while, I finally had the courage to reach out to her and explain that I wanted to learn how to coupon. She told me how much fun it was, and that I would be good at it. She put me in a group, and the learning began. Within a few days, I got the hang of it, so I started purchasing lots of newspapers from every store that I could. I was also shopping every chance I had. During this time, I was a Supportive Service Coordinator for a HUD funded housing program, in which I drove from house to house seeing program participants, so it was easy to stop in stores on my way to and from the participants' homes.
After three months of couponing, I found myself doing one on one lessons, teaching others to coupon, doing garage sales, and selling bundles as well as donating items to those who were not as fortunate. After garage and bundle sales, I created a reward system for my repeat customers by creating a t-shirt reward system. Soon after, I started a coupon t-shirt line and the rest is history.
Our mission is to teach people how to coupon successfully, so they can save money for their household and for their families. Our motto is live, love, coupon!
