1. PAYMENTS - Payments are only accepted through the website and payments have to be received before any items are shipped NO EXCEPTIONS.

2. SHIRT CARE - To extend the life of your shirt, please wash them inside out, in cold water and then line dry or tumble dry.


4. EXCHANGES - Exchanges are only allowed on unworn merchandise for a different size of the same style, design, and color of ordered customized shirt and to be done within the first 10 days of receiving it. Shipping to process the exchange will be at the purchasers responsibility, so make sure you double check your order and size.

5. DAMAGED ITEMS - If a item comes to you damaged then please contact us immediately for instructions on a exchange.

6. SHIPPING & PROCESSING - Orders are processed Monday - Friday and no orders will be processed on Saturday & Sunday, orders are shipped out within 48 hours of processing. Items are mailed by Priority Mail which is a $7.50 shipping charge, which is NOT including in the prices of any items. All packages are given a tracking number once shipped. You will be notified with your tracking number so that you may track your own package.

7. RISK OF LOSS - If for some reason your package is not delivered or it says it was and you didn't find it on your door step, Please contact the USPS (United States Postal Service) with your tracking number, due to we are not responsible for loss items by postal.
